Everyone I talked to was great and I love the speakers. I was happy enough to place 2 orders since then. The only problem with this order (Klipsch Heresy Speakers) was with UPS freight. Before delivering to me they removed the speakers from the crate / pallet and they came to me in 2 boxes. One of the boxes was damaged, but fortunately the speaker wasn’t. Due to earlier experiences with both UPS and FedEx damaging shipments, UPS cracked the side of a JBL L100 Black Classic speaker early this month and FedEx damaged 3 shipments so bad I had to return them … I bought the Hereseys from Crutchfield because of the freight / pallet shipping and I have forks on my tractor for unloading. The problem isn’t so much the drivers as the warehouse / dock loaders. It’s so bad in fact, that I drove all the way to Sound City in Jacksonville, Florida to buy an Advance Paris Amp to get around shipping (200 mile round trip). Both of the Klipsch sub-woofers I ordered from you on June 10th got here undamaged, but both boxes showed signs of rough treatment as well. I highly recommend this be brought to UPS’s attention because I’m not the only one having these problems. It’s too bad because you have an awesome group of people offering quality products at a reasonable price.
