To Crutchfield Customer Support,
I am writing to express how disappointed I am with my recent purchasing experience.
The original representative I worked with recommended parts that were completely wrong for my truck and will not work. I bought from Crutchfield specifically because I trusted your team to make sure I had the correct parts and everything needed for the installation.
Unfortunately, after opening up my truck, disconnecting the door panel and speakers, and spending hours getting everything ready, I found out from customer support that the parts I was sold were incorrect. Even if the recommended parts had been correct, I was not provided with enough of the necessary cables or components to complete the installation.
This is extremely frustrating. The entire reason I purchased from Crutchfield instead of trying to piece this together myself was to avoid this exact situation. Instead, I wasted a significant amount of time, took apart my vehicle for no reason, and still do not have a working solution.
I am very dissatisfied with this experience. At this point, I have lost a lot of confidence in Crutchfield and will have a hard time buying from you again.
I would like someone to review my order, explain how this happened, and provide a complete corrected solution with the proper parts needed for my truck.
