You have very affordable sale items, but catalog code says free shipping as I am first time customer, but other offers seem to null and void that offer. discounts not clearly defined. Final cost of items change in last cart display, may have ordered more if I had known they were a better deal in the last screen.

I was going to order several more items, but when I typed in the catalog number, nothing came up. It asked if I'd typed it correctly. Yes, I did. I scrolled through the on line catalog looking for said items, and nothing came up. This happens every time I order something I really like in the catalog-- it is non-existent. I'm very frustrated. I just got this catalog a couple of days ago.

I received the catalog today. Found two items I loved. One item was sold out except for one size. The other item could NOT be located no matter how many ways I described it using the item numbers with the description. Very disappointing. The item that was available in only one size, I purchased it (too large) and plan to have it tailored. This was not my first disappointment with CreationL. In my previous order, I purchased a long sleeve volatile shrug, smoky blue, to match a sleeveless mid length, flowy dress. The volatile shrug was perfect! The dress was too large. When I immediately called to exchange, the dress was not available in ANY size. Weird🤔. I find your size chart confusing as it relates to Misses and plus sizes. I wear a perfect size 18w(women’s) in stores like Macy’s, Talbot and Nordstrom. I’ve not seen any item in your catalog with a “plus” yet your size 18 often runs too large or too small depending on the item. I previously purchased your graphic hat, long all T in a size 20. Way too large but I decided to keep it. I have just ordered another of the same T in tan on a size 18. I will keep it as well but hope it fits. I shop for what I like as I do not “need” anything. If I experience too many out of stock items in a “new” catalog, I will just shop in places that I can depend on.
