We received the television on time. The problem with the service was that every attempt to receive tracking info failed. Additionally the television was not entirely as advertised. Specifically, the television was advertised as having three HDMI ports and one USB port, but instead the television had two HDMI ports and two USB ports. Despite that little hiccup, we have no intention of sending the product back because we are satisfied with it.

I tried ordering the product beginning on Tuesday but I fat fingered credit card into. I did not receive any notification of the error on Wednesday. I spoke with a rep on Wednesday and re-ordered it. It was not shipped even though I paid for overnight service. Finally, they shipped on Thursday and it actually arrived on Friday. And I was told I would receive a refund for the overnight shipping fee. I have not received that refund.
