I like that I can backorder a product that is out of stock (i think) but the ordering pages would not load and took multiple times of submitting my payment method before getting to the submit order page. I was concerned that I was going to get charged multiple times.

I was pleasantly surprised. The item I ordered was expected in about 7 days and it arrived the next day. It was great! I was also happy to see that this merchant is based and was started in Cleveland and I like to shop local if possible.

pretty good initial expectation said 3 in stock. then after purchase note reflected in invoice possibly out of stock with ambiguous timing on shipping when in stock. exact delivery date estimated at this time. will update on arrival.

Everything was good except for no emailed receipt, according to the site I was supposed to get an email. Thankfully I had downloaded the receipt as a PDF before leaving the site. There was also zero tracking/eta delivery date/etc.

Was pretty smooth. CompSource had the cheapest price for the item I wanted but part of that was lost with not free shipping. I'm not even sure if there was an option to get free shipping after spending a certain amount.

Email issues to DoD emails

I realize that there are issues with emailing to DOD emails from your company, but for a first time buyer from your company, I had zero email confirmations from you with any receipts, order updates or delivery updates. Calling on the phone lead to VMs that were never returned and it wasn't until I used the online chat was anything resolved. The online chat staff however, was extremely helpful.
