I tried to place my order a few days ago during the weekend. Despite inputting three credit card numbers, none were accepted. I have virtually unlimited credit. On Monday, I tried calling the help number listed on the order page, it was not in service. I sent an email and got confirmation that the credit card issue was worked out. The email asked for confirmation of information on the order and said a payment link would be sent to me. However, no link was sent. But, I figured it was because of today being the eve of Thanksgiving Holiday and time zone difference. I completed sale using checkout from my "basket." It worked today. Also, I wanted to buy a propane distribution tree. That product was not listed, even though I own one bought years ago. I had to go to a different company to buy this gift. This experience really made me question what is going on with this once great brand.
