Overall the website is well designed. My only feedback from todays experience is that my total order was over $150.00 which qualifies for the 3 free minis offer, however the selecting for this offer was not available upon checkout. I was not able to add this to my bag before making a payment. Usually this is available just before making a payment.
I would also like to take the opportunity to provide feedback on the member rewards. I have been a loyal Clinique customer for 15+yrs and I am always disappointed that my points expire at the same time every years regardless of when I shopped to earn them. I try to use up my points when I can but sometimes I dont get enough to redeem what I want. My points expire in July every year so even if I make 3 purchases within May- June, these points expire before I make my next purchase of product therefore the rewards points are not rewarding to me. I get more benefits from your online offers which is available to everyone then from being a member.
