I love your products and although this order experience wasn't great, I will still happily use your products. They have helped me a lot and with my skin issues I wasn't feeling as confident and your products worked very well gave me that confidence back. Very happy.
I've never had any issues with orders before and I'm disappointed so I plan to email the company about the situation. I did receive the bulk of the order, I tracked it & it was on time. However my face wash for the redness was out of stock so I had to wait which I didn't mind. It was the item I wanted most so I was keeping an eye out for it & waiting to get an email about when it was coming. I missed the email some how, I felt like it wasn't announced enough to notify me it was coming so I didn't track it. Then it said it arrived, there was a picture of it at my door but I never received it. No one in my building took it we know everyone very well I'm not sure if the delivery person took it after taking the picture or what happened but I had no idea it was even there or on its way. I'm also disappointed somehow I didn't get the free gift on my order I know I put it in and I spent enough so I can actually get it and made sure my amount was enough for the free gift. Once again I don't know what happened and all in all this order started off good getting most of the things then finding out the one thing I really wanted the most was on back order. If I knew that before and I would not have ordered it. I did not mind to wait but it sucks I don't have it and I did not get the free gift so it's disappointing. It makes me hesitate to do this again. I like that you guys do the free gifts with certain amounts spent and I was looking forward to this one so I hope this situation can get figured out and I will be able to get those products.
