I love Clinique products but your website is NOT user friendly. It has improved some in the past year, but still leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I go "back" to previous screen, for instance, if asks if I want to resubmit form. This is ridiculous. Also, when I'm trying to look at my cart, a big dropdown from top automatically appears and takes way too much time for it to disappear so I can actually see my cart. A couple years ago, I got so fed up trying to buy something online during a great discount period I went to Twitter to voice my frustration & other people said they had same experience. I stopped using the website and only buying from big retailers. Like I said, earlier, even though it didn't have all the same issues as a year or two ago, it still leaves me pretty frustrated and I would have bought online from Macy's or Belk if they had the same gift sets I wanted.
Also, I hate it that my points expire. Why can't you let them build up forever? Ot at least for 2 years? I don't need certain products every3 or 6 months or even each year. When I make purchases, though, they're usually $$ ones, whether here or from another retailer (ex: I just spent $150 on my usual Clinique toner, mascara, lipliner, etc. with Macy's last week).
