The site needs a update. Ease of use not that good with my cellphone. Like the lotion was there when i clicked on it but scroll down it offers a 3 piece kit #3 lotion. But I wanted #2. Which forced me out to search and see what sizes were offered. It was the same as #3 but there should be a carosel of them all on that one page, if you already put a 3pc together. Or original Aromatics is on a page but i had to do a search for the White & Black Aromatics. Out of site out of mind. They should be in each other’s page. The products are there but it’s disorganized. It’s a stark difference from the store which is very organized, thought out. The product recommender is typical Clinique ahead of everybody beey forward thinking. I didnt want to take a selfie my skin jacked up. It should have a manual feature like the old one where i can say whats wrong and get a recommendation. Yes, I know Chat is available didn't use it. I ended up backing down a step on my own from #3 to #2. Sample would be nice Clinique really not so much by mail I know would be nice. I use to get them with in-store purchases. Like surge and eye creams but i wanted the wrinkle cream stayed with the gel formula i been using since high school 30yrs ago. Its good to see clearance items still there. It should be renamed because people think you getting rid of expired products. But they just retired. That bar soap been in clearance since 2006,,,its like BB they retire and are available.
