I had purchased 3.4ml Happy. I made my Spring free gift (anti-aging collection) three times. By the time I checked out, my selection had dropped off again without me noticing. When I received my purchase, no gift, I did a chat online. The offer on website at that time was showing serum sale for the weekend and the customer service could not figure out what I was talking about. Finally, they offered to send me a small pot of clinical repair. By that time I was very frustrated and said fine! The following week the Spring gift was offered again. I then chatted again with a cs rep and was told that it was being escalated and that I would be receiving the 10 piece free gift that I was originally entitled to. I waited and did not receive an email regarding this statement, so I called and actually spoke with a cs rep and was told at that time that yes, I was supposed to get an email when it was shipped. Here, I still wait and have heard nothing more. That was last week. This has been going on since May 19th, when my credit card was charged. This should NOT have been so difficult for something I was entitled to, My selection should not have dropped off so easily during my online purchase session. Thank you, Shawn Winters
