I waited for the discount week to purchase my foundation, and after placing the order and receiving confirmation that everything was in order, I was informed that two of the items I had purchased or requested were removed from the package because they were no longer available. However, at the time I placed the order, those items were listed as available.
This was quite disappointing, as had I been notified that the order would not be fulfilled in full, I might have waited or chosen not to place the order at all. I believe there should be greater accuracy at the time of purchase, so customers are clearly informed whether a product is truly available or not.
One of the items that was not included was the promotional gift offered for reaching a minimum purchase amount, although I do not recall the exact amount required. Overall, this experience left me somewhat disappointed with online shopping. As a result, I am unsure whether I will purchase online again from this company or instead choose another retailer that can provide the products more quickly and reliably.
