I love Clinique. I've been using the product for the past 20+ years. My aunt introduced it to me and she's used it her whole life (40+ years). I like that the product works well with my biology. I like that they keep finding new ways to stay fresh. Not all the new ways work and some of the older products have since been removed, much to people's annoyance. However this is how a brand evolves. Any time I try something new, it just doesn't do what Clinique does and I find myself right back in their product.
Website experience: The navigating is much easier on a computer than on a phone. The phone experience is sluggish. I don't like that when the website is sold out of something, they continue to advertise it on the side of the screen. I would prefer that items that are sold out need to be hidden on the website. At least have a filter option to hide the out of stock items.
Check out was easy, fast and simple. There was clear pricing and no hidden surcharges.
