I FINALLY was able to place an order on your website, which was after many attempts on several devices, hours of phone calls then in person to 2 Clinique retailers that said "no" we can do Clinique gift cards. Also several emails sent to Clinique with NO response. Here's the message sent: "I'm trying to use my a CLINIQUE ecard that I received for Christmas and there is NO way to use it? Your website didn't allow for the 16 digit code and 8 digit pin in order to use my Christmas gift someone paid Clinique.com for. AND, I tried calling this evening, Clinique agent could NOT assist.
I am trying to get "Clinique Message Helper" to also help me use my CLINIQUE paid for gift card....
(Aka, you already have the money in hand, I am trying to redeem it!!). After an hour wasted in typing her (or him), there was NO resolve.
I'm going on about 2+++ hours of work to simply make a purchase with you and can't find a person to help. NIce people, but no one canhelp?
The ONLY option at checkout is the pay with a credit card. There is NO OPTION to put in CLINIQUE paid for gift card at checkout!
(I'm so disappointed that I can't get the CELEBRATE discount nor the free gift that was offered).
This was SO hard. So hard.
I can't imagine using Clinique after this debacle.
