Overall, I think the shopping experience is easy online. However, I wish the selections were better for the free items being offered (I.e. quick liner only option in dark chocolate….I’ve used quick liner for years but don’t like dark chocolate on me). And the free samples are packettes? C’mon Clinique. Up the qualifying amount and give us something better than that. I’ve been using predominantly Clinique products faithfully for 28 years and your offers continue to get stingier. As a former counter manager, I can tell you with 1000% certainty, when you give your clients a big enough sample to try new things, if they like it, they will come back to purchase it! Also, bring back super defense moisturizer or youth surge…or at least release a moisturizer with the same texture as either of those. Everything you offer now is so much heavier and pills up so easily if you get even just a little too much on. I could go on and on…reach out if you want to have an honest convo about your products and what your loyal client base is looking for - I’ve got a whole slew of women that repeatedly ask me about your products and what they should use instead because you’ve discontinued so much over the last few years and the replacements are falling short compared to the originals.
