It was fine until checkout. That process was one of the worst I’ve encountered. Not intuitive; kept freezing or sending me back to previous page; tapping on “checkout” block caused it to become darker and freeze; it got all the way up to the payment section and then stopped; I went back and had to rewrite all the previous info until I finally realized the small line at the top that required me to hit “payment” to move on (unlike most which move on automatically or say “continue”). Moving through the whole checkout
process was harder than accidentally hitting the big, obvious “Sign out” and suddenly having all your efforts erased as you are sent to a ‘sorry you’re leaving, come back soon’ page, and having to start again! At one point I put down my phone and said, screw it, it’s not worth the hassle. I only returned one last time when I saw it was still on the desktop. Otherwise, a very good product, which I hadn’t used in years, would have lost a future customer due to an unnecessary frustrating checkout process. PS. I’m not some dummy unused to internet purchases. I do them all the time, have a masters degree, and manage many people and complex processes.
