I am usually pleased with my orders from Clinique. This time was very odd though. The package took longer to get here than I expected. It had a hole in the box and oily stuff soaked through the whole box. Also, there was no sign of any kind of tape having been on the box to hold it shut. When I open the box, I discovered that the full size takeoff the day make up remover that was one of the gifts had leaked all over everything. Now, I don’t know exactly what happened, but I was sure that Clinique would make it right. I still feel like Clinique would make it right. I tried going through the website to customer service. I answered questions and explain the situation and then nothing would ever go anywhere when I would push enter or send or something whatever it was I tried several times. I tried the phone number several times but didn’t get through. I was just hoping to get that leaked out bottle replaced. Everything else was kind of yucky feeling, but I washed it all off. The only other thing that was ruined was the little make up bag. I thought I would try this survey and see if this got a message through to anybody.
