Ordered $391 order, it got cancelled. Called customer support multiple times and couldn’t understand agent. Told me they couldn’t help me. Asked for a supervisor, was told they’d call that night. Didn’t get a call. Called numerous times to resolve. FINALLY got a supervisor who said they’d fix it and would need to respond to email and put in credit card even though one was on file. Went in and order was $600! Supervisor didn’t put in 20% off and free stuff was charged. Called again numerous times. FINALLY got a call back from a supervisor. They corrected the order and gave me 30% off. She also gave me numerous trial stuff. Finally got order after DAYS of calling multiple times. Very frustrating and I almost gave up and was going to stop using Clinique and give my business to Ulta. I have been a loyal customer since 2022. Your customer service is VERY LACKING! Talked to multiple agents who were foreign and couldn’t understand! They were NOT helpful and it takes a miracle to get a supervisor because they were unavailable or too busy. When I FINALLY to get another supervisor I had to get angry and demand to talk to one. The agents do not understand what they’re doing and tell me they can’t help me. That’s no way to run a business if you intend to get loyal customers that continue to buy from you. My stress level from this skyrocketed and it was VERY FRUSTRATING. I tried calling Corporate to talk to HR Department but had to keep leaving messages and never got a call back. When I transferred back to an agent at Corporate the call kept failing.
