Twice I decided to buy additional products and I was told I lost ground (forgot words used). The third time I figured out how to get the site back and usually my cart was intact except I was unable to see all 5 lines of product ordered and no ability to scroll down to see if product # 5 was still on order list. Checkout should be at the end of the written order as at first I did not realize I had to scroll back up.There should be a chance for continue to shop near end, and add to the order.Even though I clicked on Makeup early in the order, the list of kinds of makeup ie lipstick was not readily noticed on the left side of the screen. Also when I clicked on a product early in my ordering, and clicked add to my bag, I ended up with one more in my bag than I wanted and there was no opportunity to reduce 2 to 1, for one example. I found myself taking longer than the site should have offered to order. Three times I exclaimed, "This is a terrible site!" And I am almost always a non complaining easy going person. I would definitely guess that some give up and order your product a different way. I have ALWAYS purchased Clinique with extreme satisfaction, previously at Macy's stores no longer near me. I imagine I shall run the gauntlet again in the future. I hope this info was helpful although I regret that it had to be somewhat critical of the ordering process. Good job and good product!!!
