Post-Delivery FeedbackSep 6, 2026
Personally, i believe that the sales associates prey on customers as soon as they walk through the door. Every time i stepped inside a city home i felt strangely stalked by a sales associate. There is no need to follow someone if they said they don't need any help. On that note, i eventually did find a table and set of 6 chairs that i adored on display. I went home and ordered them on my phone without the hassle of sales associates breathing down my neck oddly asking for my email and private info. Upon ordering it said that the chairs were in stock and would be delivered 2 or 3 days in advance which was great! The table said it was on backorder and will be delivered about 2 months later. I adored this table so i went ahead and ordered them both anyways. Eventually the delivery truck arrives and by surprise the driver says the table is here! Great news but i definitely wasn't expecting it... i had to rush and make space for it. How you guys suddenly made a table that was on backorder for 2 months appear at my door step is beyond me. Annoyingly, the poor driver was actually alone... how was he suppose to take out 6 chairs and a huge wooden table/base out a truck by himself? I chose to help the overworked delivery driver out of pity. You guys should really have 2 people per truck for delivering furniture. Of course the way you guys ship your furniture is also a huge flaw, every single chair had a black scuff on the legs because you guys didn't wrap the entire chair all the way from top to bottom! One chair was actually completely stained on the cushion with black finger marks which i then had to request an exchange. Customer service was 50/50. One claims they were trying to help but never sent me the info/email i needed and the other outright helped me in a heartbeat. Excellent customer support Rafael hes did a great job helping me with that exchange. All in all just a poor experience from such a big name brand. This company needs improvement more than just their name.
