The website is easy to navigate on my desktop and phone. The pictures are a bit difficult to get a good idea of "fit" on the various uniform bottoms for men. One of the videos actually stated the model's height/weight, but the static pictures are hard to tell what size to choose, and the comments section is always a crap shoot on whether people like/dislike sizing options. We have to wear these uniforms/scrubs daily, and with frequent washing, so knowing exactly what we are buying is a big deal. There's only one Cherokee dealer near my home, where I could actually try on scrubs ahead of time, but their hours of operation are exactly what I work every day, so guess what, I can't ever get over there to see what I want before I order it. I have to trust what I'm ordering online, and these aren't cheap purchases, so you can see my dilemma in trying to figure out what I really want. I only order one of any item until I can see it, touch it, try it on, etc. Only then, will I go back online and re-order an item that I bought (if I actually like it). This is a pain for two reasons: One, I then have to go through the entire process again and wait for my next order to arrive. Two, if there were any discounts for shipping and/or multiple item discounts, I cannot take advantage of them from the start of the ordering process. The other issue I have is finding a single pair of scrubs that check all the boxes of what I need/like, especially in pants. I wish there was a customization process that we could select pocket options, zippered options, inseam options and my biggest issue...ankle cuff options!!! I like having cargo pockets that don't zip close, preferably on both legs, a zip fly, two deep front pockets like jeans, at least one rear pocket and a cargo pocket that you can keep scissors secured in place with a snap loop. You have scrubs that have 1-2 of these options in each pair, but nothing that covers them all, including ankles that aren't ridiculous bell-bottoms, or effeminate-looking jersey cuff ankles. The perfect pants are paramedic "duty pants," but we're only allowed to wear scrub-style options. If you could come up with something like that, it would be amazing, and I'd have all my coworkers ordering from you to get some too. I've actually had to pay local tailors to alter scrub bottoms to my specifications at insane prices beyond the cost of the already expensive scrubs. I'm sure you can come up with a design like this that would sell well enough to make it worth your effort.
