I really liked the ease of shopping on instagram. It was an impulse buy… 100% based off the ad I saw. I loved the wine color scrubs and the flare bottom is my go to look. I went up in the shirt size since I’m an optical tech I need to be able to move freely for my pts. I thought my scrubs honestly came fast but my figs scrubs came faster. I was super impressed with the shirts I ordered! I was not expecting to feel such soft fabric based off my past experiences with your brand. Literally vast difference from 10 years ago…don’t judge me I’ve been brand loyal for years lol. The shirts (scrub tops) are very very similar to figs which I enjoy. The pants are nice BUT the waistband could be improved—over time that thing is gonna wear out and fast. When I shop for scrubs I’m looking for something cute, obviously, but also something that is going to be functional, comfortable and durable. I’ve worn my figs literally 4-5 years straight no holes or rips and the clothes keep their shape. I’m very impressed by the pant pockets! So much better than fabletics’ similar styles! Like so much better! I prefer your pants pockets and fabric. I also really liked how my order was packed— I know that sounds weird but it’s the little things. The box was in great condition. Everything was clearly packaged with intent and care. I didn’t need to contact customer service because my order was honestly perfect. After working in retail and having a strong background in business I think your company needs to improve on your marketing. You need to look at why your customers are choosing the more expensive options at times and why. I’m almost mad I spent my money on fabletics now knowing your scrubs have dramatically improved. I lied— I am mad but now I know and will tell my coworkers.
