I had my scrubs delivered to my place of work. It's a large facility and I couldn't find the package for a few days after it had been delivered, despite looking and asking around. I reached out to customer service, who asked for all the info, then told me the same thing that I read in the email--that my pkg had been delivered at this time on this date. Okay, great, but I haven't found it... they told me that I needed to take that up with the delivery company and that they couldn't help me.
After spending some time going thru the process to begin a claim with the delivery company (had to create an account, verify the account, submit a bunch of personal information, etc), I tried to process the initial claim, only to learn that due to the method of shipping that Careismatic had chosen to ship my pkg, that I would not be able to process a claim... huh, that's weird. I called the customer service line once again, and informed the same lady who told me to call fedex earlier that same day, what I had just experienced, and that fedex had told me that the other company had to file a claim for me. After explaining that, I was placed on hold for a while. They said okay and that was it... I found it odd, but didn't think too much of it. A day or two later, I found my package, and called out again to let them know. That was it.
