I immedialely wanted to return the bidet as soon as it came in because it wasn't the one my wife wanted. I started with the phone number on the receipt and got 5 seconds directing me to dial a611 extension, but the call ended before I could do anything. Trying to use the order # and my email address onn a return page returned an Oreder # not found response. I finally went to the CW website, clicked on a linked return phone number which sent me to my pgone app which then displayed a DIFFERENT phone number. I called that number and to to a rep from OVERTONS who had to put all my address and order into an email and sent it CW, telling me that CW would process the return, contacting me before hand. That was three or four days ago and NADA. You've lost a customer and I'm spreading the word about your "service." I'm about ready to write off the $120 I spent on the bidet which pisses me off even more.
