I was about to head north to close my 5th wheel at my seasonal site in the White Mountains of northern NH, when I thought, this is the 1st season I've done this. I've always had it at home, so I could level it if it difted down over the winter! I decided to try one of those "Pin Box Tripods", to alleviate some of the weight from the front jacks and further stabilize the rig for the long, winter sleep! I got online and checked CampingWorld.com - sure enough, one of the better units, just happened to be on sale to Good Sam members! "Add to Cart" for "Pick up at Store" at my local store in Uxbridge, MA!!! Bingo - it's in stock!!! Paid for it, logged out, closed the browser and jumped in my SUV! I stopped at a local Home Depot on the way there and had a 10'X2"X10" pressure treated plank from the 50% off cart, cut into 6 - 20" pieces and threw those in my car. That way, I could double-stack 2 under each leg of the tripod, to keep the metal feet off the frozen ground!!! ;-0 When I got up to the site, I opened the box and could not beleive how simple the unit was to assemble - bing, bang, boom and pop it in place! Twist the cup up into positon against my pin and put some tension on it, snap the supplied lock in place and get to work on the rest of my three days of chores to close the place!!! Love Camping World... always have!!! Great Folks!
