I signed up for the 10% OFF my order "come on" only to find that my purchase was excluded from this promotion. This was not clearly indicated in the terms and conditions and in my opinion constitutes a "bait and switch" tactic. Beside which, now I have given you specific information (phone, email address etc) and with the express understanding that for that I would receive and 10% discount. I called and spoke of a young woman in customer service who very brusquely "straightened me out". I believe that you legal department needs to make sure that the information is more clearly expressed as I am sure there are others who have encountered the same problem and suffered the same indignity by being told of simply for asking for what I expected to be given. Bad business. If I check the "Yes! I want to get free gift cards . . . " box below, I want it for 10% of my $1700 order and I want it to be retroactive to today's purchase. That seems only right.

Item arrived damaged. Now I wait for the claims process before the item is replaced in good order. This should be retrieved by the carrier and returned to Camping World while a new, undamaged item is shipped to me. Camping World and their carrier of choice can argue while I have my purchase to use.

Website is slow and hard to navigate. Pages are slow to update and oftentimes the page locks or fails to refresh. I had seen the item I had ordered in store and used other websites (Amazon and the item's manufacturer) to do my research for item features - Camping World website was terrible to get this same information. Came to website to just order the item ( seasonal item - no longer carried in area stores) to be able to get the sale price and use Good Sams membership card. I have told my friends to do their research from other sources before going to Camping World online.
