I've been trying to order this surge protector for 2 days. I wanted to use my $45 Good Sam rewards credit, but the site informed me that the rewards system was down. The rewards were unavailable to use for the last 2 days until about noon today when I refreshed the tab. Once I saw that I could finally use my credit, I used Paypal to check out. The order glitched out, charging my card but not processing the order. Now I'm out that money for several days until the computers hopefully decide to return it. I processed the order again with Apple Pay and it finally went through. I paid twice to get the stupid thing. In between I contacted support to get the first payment reversed, but of course customer-no-service told me that I can't do anything but wait for the funds to be returned sometime in the next 5ish days. This shopping process has been beyond frustrating. If I didn't have the $45 rewards credit to use, I wouldn't have been so persistent. In the future I'll just shop on another site that works properly.
