Ordering online was easy, however the toilet I ordered did not say that it included a seal kit so I ordered one because that popped up as an item that was usually ordered with the toilet and it arrived 3 days after the toilet. Luckily the toilet already had a seal so we were able to install it on time.
I called customer service to return the extra seal and after an extended period of time they said they would send a return ticket or I could take it to the store. I never did receive an original invoice when I ordered the products so I asked for that. We decided to go about 10 miles out of our way on our next trip so we could just return it to the store instead of paying shipping to return it. That was a huge mistake and became a big ordeal to get the product returned (it took 45 minutes and 3 different people) because the phone service rep sent me a ticket that showed the item was already returned instead of sending me the original invoice that I had asked for. So I showed the cashier at the store my credit card transaction online and she could see that I did pay for it even though the ticket that was sent to me showed it was already returned. She couldn't get it to ring up for the right price because I got it a discount and the store didn't show that. She called her supervisor and he couldn't figure it out and finally told her what to do. The only problem was that I could only get a store credit since it was purchased online and I didn't need anything else in that store nor did I want anything else there after waiting for 45 minutes!! They finally called a tech guy who said they could put it on a store return card for credit and then do something else and send me a check since I didn't want the card with credit for merchandise. They took all my information and said I would get my check for the returned item in a couple of weeks. This all happened on 8/28/25 at the Springfield, IL store.
