Post-Delivery FeedbackJul 19, 2026
One of the great things we love about Camping World, is that when we are on the road in our RV and need something, Camping World usually has it. Yesterday, we realized we needed a $400 part, so I ordered it online for pickup asap. We chose this location because it was several hours from where we were (Detroit), and on our route north. I received an email confirmation that The part was in stock and that I had paid for it. We called when we were 20 minutes away from the store for verification in the front desk. Staff push us through to the Parts department, but no one answered. So we called again five minutes before we arrived and again the parts department phone rang and rang and rang with no answer. When I got there and walked in, there were six people in the parts department sitting at desks, talking and having a grand old time. My part had not been pulled, and it would’ve been much easier for me to just go pull it myself and buy it right off the rack. I kind of wonder why the front desk person didn’t take the 30 steps back to the parts department to let someone know that someone had called twice asking for a part. That’s what online ordering is for. My previous experience with camping world is that when staff comes in in the morning, they pull the part and have it ready when the store is open. Much less at 1 o’clock in the afternoon.
Do better.
