My overall interaction with the website today was fine. I found what I was looking for and proceeded to check out. The only issues I experienced happened during the checkout process. I use the 'Capital One Shopping Assistant' to provide virtual credit card information for online shopping. This "assistant" will auto input all credit card information onto the page for me—with the exception of the cardholder name.
When the credit card information was entered on your site, however, the webpage began freezing up and became non-responsive. (I believe this happened because the "Cardholder Name" box was left blank.) I was able to navigate back to the page—this time, I entered the Credit Card Holder name, then allowed Cap1 to autofill the remaining information.
This action more or less resolved the issue... EXCEPT somehow, the expiration date was entered incorrectly. Once again, the site did not seem tolerant of simple mistakes in credit card information and this error caused the page to freeze and become unresponsive.
Third time was the charm. Order placed.
