The site had told me that the cables I needed right now were in stock and I even paid for overnight shipping which thankfully wasn't an arm and leg. Those reasons are why we went with you, because I thought it would get us out of bind we were in. Well, I then get a call and an email from your representative at the very end of the day telling me you actually don't have them in stock and that it would be a month wait. A month. So not only did I not get my cables the next day, it put us a day behind when we already have equipment rented for the job. I have no faith whatsoever for your site.
Now, your customer service was on it pretty quickly and I really appreciated even getting a call about it. If I end up ordering from you again in the future it will only be because of that, and on a project that is at least a month out. You see, the mark of a good company is not just how things go when everything is running smoothly, but how they handle it when something is wrong.
