I struggle with all technology. However, this website was VERY easy to navigate. I already have the Bush hutch and desk set-up. I am adding the file cabinet. It was easy to see exactly what I wanted and match the color of my existing desk unit. I was able to explore all the options before finalizing and easily come back to the one purchase I chose. It was stress-free.

This is the second time I have bought this desk. I love the look, and the only detriment I have is that the finish scars and pits easily. I plan to put a polyurethane coating on this one.

We have been ordering the same desks from Bush for many years. We like having continuity and the ability to change out desk parts that allows reconfiguration when furniture is moved from one office to another. Love the Natural Cherry.

This is my second order for this specific SKU. The first one matched my size and color requirements perfectly. Assembly was routine and quality is good so I’ve ordered a second one to flank the other side of an existing table. FYI, I am happy to buy this at the “sale” price but your list price is much too high.

I don't like that you don't have a log in for my account to see my previous purchases. I also don't like that I never get an update for shipping. I don't know what day it's coming. The shipment just shows up.

This is our second time ordering office furniture from Bush. We were able to order more of the same model number/style to match our original purchase. The quality and appearance of the items is very good, and the department manager is very happy with it. There were no missing parts or assembly problems, all went smoothly.

5 pieces of furniture were ordered. 3 items were for a desk, and 2 items were for a bookcase with doors. Delivery of all items to my residence was before the early date given to me by Bush. My concern was that I was not notified of any progress after I placed my order other than the delivery dates. I did not receive any shipping notices or expected delivery dates. Consequently, I was not expecting a Sunday afternoon delivery when were not at home. 4 of the 5 items arrived and were stacked against my garage door. I had to move very heavy packages into my garage to avoid weather. Item 5 arrived the next day, again without notice. It was also quite heavy, but had been left on my front porch as I was not home, due to lack of notification by the shipper. I had to move that heavy package to my garage by myself (thank goodness I had my own 2 wheel dolly). Installation went pretty well with all items except the bookcase. I would advise in large print to carefully read the bookcase door instructions before assembling the bookcase to make sure the holes for the door hinges are facing the front. The desk assembly went fine and the two drawer file cabinet required drawer removal as all the parts had fallen below the lower drawer. The other 3 drawer mobile file cabinet was heavily damaged in shipment (the outside case was broken and two of the drawer fronts were sheared off the drawers leaving sharp brads exposed. I called Customer Service and took a photo of the damaged unit and sent it in. I was notified that a replacement was on the way and she gave me a tracking link. That link worked great and I was able to be home when the replacement arrived allowing the driver to put the package in my garage. From there, all went well with the new unit and it was installed without issue. Overall, I am pleased with the furniture and would probably purchase from Bush again. Damage from shipping is a problem, but my biggest concern was a lack of communication on shipping dates and tracking links. Customer Service attention with the damage claim was wonderful.

As a small business owner, I am always looking to up my professional look and keep my bottom line as low as possible. Bush Furniture is what I am looking for. They don't pay me for this statement, but I have upgraded my entire business furniture to Bush Furniture products because the look is great, the quality is awesome, and although they are not the cheapest price out there, every penny spent is well worth the investment. I have no regrets in my purchases. I highly recommend any professional businessperson to consider these products for themselves, or their staff. Two thumbs up.

I found many options including a shade of gray which was important because of the color of my trim. I felt all along that I was getting a reasonable price on a quality product.
