Having had good experiences before with BE (bought wife a tennis bracelet, and got myself a replacement wedding band) I planned to get my wife a gift for her first Mother’s Day. I placed my order in April and the website specifically said “order now for delivery by Mother’s Day!” I selected Saturday delivery as per website instructions to do so to ensure it would arrive the Saturday before Mother’s Day. The Friday before delivery I get an update that my order is delayed until Tuesday. Way too late to shop for a replacement gift of a few thousand dollars. On Monday I get another email stating that my order is delayed again, until Wednesday. I call customer service to ask what the hell is going on. They have no idea either, saying that it just shows that on their side the order is on track for delivery Wednesday. I finally get the package Wednesday, and it’s missing part of the order! (The free silver diamond studs were missing) fine, whatever, not going to order from BE again, and gonna recommend against it to friends
