I have to say it’s a real turn off when I don’t order from the specific website that’s given on your catalogues when they’re emailed to me. I have felt screwed out of money on the three purchases. I have made from you over the past 18 months. And now using the email you sent me for the fall bulbs at 20% off. I’m now paying $24 for shipping on a $340 order. You should just work the shipping into it and make people feel good that they are getting free shipping. I would also like these bulbs to arrive for Thanksgiving weekend and not when you want to send them because I hate planting in November because it’s too cold and rainy in Victoria, but I do understand that you probably know better. But I have time over that extended weekend to do this sort of stuff because I do plant 12+ 24-inch pots with my tulips. these are the only two things I don’t like about your service. And it makes me feel turned off, and I definitely warn people when I refer. But I do love the two months of tulips! However, none of them come back the following year, which is sad.
