I made this purchase online; it was very simple and it was explained that the product wouldn’t ship until planting time. This made it all that much easier. I received a email saying it had shipped the end of October and received it within a week of that.

Despite ordering very early (three months ago) while also ordering an extensive, significant number of items, not only was the delivery somewhat late, but also items were "out of stock"…, never sent to me. A disappointing and frustrating experience. Why list/advertise items one never intends to fulfil??

I ordered five items from Brecks. They sent one item very quickly as the planting date was upon me. The other four came later, at the perfect time for planting. Then another item arrived, which was a duplicate of one of the items. I called Brecks to see what they wanted me to do with the extra item. They said I should just keep the bulbs. I’m so thankful and excited!

I was trying to register. I didn't remember ever registering, but computer said I was already registered. So then I needed a new password. I tried several times to get a new password. Never got one. Finally made my purchase as a guest. I had trouble navigating site as I couldn't find an arrow back. I had to go out of the site and return to find the pages I wanted

I really liked getting an update when my fall bulbs and bare roots arrived in the states and then when they were mailed out. I get my mail at the post office, so they would have set there unnecessarily in wam temps as I only go to pick up mail usually 1x per week unless I am expecting something. Thank you.

I would prefer a shipping cost scale that rewards customers for larger purchases. Instead, the more business I give, the more I pay, even though the items shipped (bulbs) are small, lightweight, and don’t require special packaging. I do understand why a discount wouldn’t be given for live plants, since they require extra care to ship, and fast shipping is ideal.

I was sent a few extra bulbs, which was nice. However only one of the 20 I planted has sprouted. Hoping the rest will come up in the spring, but I won’t be surprised if they don’t.

Bought Red Creeping Thyme, Blue Emerald Creeping Phlox and Red Wing Creeping Phlox to plant on property in TN, I live in FL. I was no longer able to delay my trip to FL. Called a few weeks before to check status of delivery. Stated I needed it prior to leaving for TN. I called again the week before I had to leave, the order still had not yet shipped. It was delivered after I left. I got back 3 days after delivery. My neighbor had put the box in my garage. The plants in the bags look dead. I’ve planted it here in FL hope it will revive so that I can transplant in TN in the spring. I’m not confident they will revive.
