I sent an email to customer service yesterday because i was having issues with my gift card. I was unable to check the balance. I called the number on the back to check the balance and the automated voice would cut me off before i was able to enter all the numbers on the card. I even tried entering them very quickly and also speaking the numbers into the phone but had no luck. The automated voice would just say it didn't recognize the numbers. I decided to just apply the gift card in the checkout screen but also had no luck. I entered the gift card number and pin like it says but the apply button was grayed out and could not be pressed. I tried this multiple times before giving up. This morning i tried yet again. I called the number for the balance and it failed once or twice and on next time, even though it said it didnt recognize the numbers, it read the numbers back to me for confirmation and i was able to get the balance. I went back on the website, this time on my laptop, and was still unable to apply the gift card multiple times. Very frustrated, i backed out of the checkout process and tried yet again. This time an "im not a robot" button appeared under the gift card payment and once i clicked it, i was able to apply the gift card balance. There must be some kind of bug where you have to click on the im not a robot button to be able to apply the gift card but it was never there until the final one time. I was finally able to checkout after all that. Even this that i am typing. Every time i type anything, it automatically goes back to the very top of what i have written instead of staying where i am typing. Seems the website is very buggy.
