I paid $21.95 for premium 2 day shipping. I received an email on Sat. Oct. 18th, the day I ordered the dress, stating that my order had shipped. I called on Tuesday, Oct. 21st to inquire about the shipment. I was told that it didn't actually get shipped until Monday, Oct. 20th, but since it was already in the shipping area in PA it could not be retrieved in order to cancel the order. (I had already lined up an alteration appointment for Wednesday). I was told that my only option was to wait for the shipment (STILL IN THE SHIPPING AREA of Boscov) to arrive and then to return it. The woman I spoke with didn't know if the premium shipping charge would be refunded. THEN, on Thursday, Oct. 23rd (I think) I got a call from someone else who told me that my cancellation request had not been handled correctly. It took a long time and three phone calls with this man to get everything handled, and yes, I did still have to wait for the dress, print out FedEx shipping label, and drive to a shipping location. Now I'm just waiting for word that the dress was received back at Boscov's, and that I have received my refund. I did immediately get a refund on the shipping cost, so that's promising. No more internet orders for me with Boscov's.
