The website worked fine. The pictures were representative of the product being sold. The descriptions were accurate. I wasn't sure where to pick up the item so I walked into the back entrance of Boscov's near the clearance area and expected there to be some kind of customer counter but there was not. I found the nearest employee and asked where online pickups are received. I was told that I had to go to the next store entrance on the other side of the giant green chain link fence. So I walked back outside around the giant fence passing and employee smoking. While sitting on the ground. The door was clearly labeled as pickups but is not visible from the main perimeter street of the mall as I drove by. I entered the dilapidated entrance to find myself in an empty foyer that looks like a tornado just passed through. Ceiling tiles, light fixtures, floor, wall, billboard area, what a freaking disaster! There's a photo on the wall that said call us and we'll be out to help you. So I picked up the phone and immediately and employee answered and said somebody would be around to help me. Maybe 10 minutes later and employee came out and asked what I ordered and I said that I would show my barcode & order confirmation. 10 more minutes later, a gentleman shows up with a bag that contained my order and I left. I can't believe employees have to show up for work in an area that looks like this. I also don't feel like I want to do many more online orders, especially not around the holidays when this place might actually get busy. I was the only customer picking up and it took a long time to get one small package. If there were actually a number of customers here, the whole place seems like it would fall apart. The employees that passed me and said hello were all very cheerful as was the employee who answered the phone and also the employee who brought my merchandise. I have nothing negative to say about any of the employees.
