Cashier put her hands around my neck after failing to scan coupon & ordered wrong item for me!

I have spent $355 in store & online total. In store issues=Was not given 10% off coupon at check out regardless of having my phone out w/barcode. Cashier at check out was slow & seemed confused, & she quite literally put her hands around my neck pretending to choke me when I asked about this, so I decided not to spend enough time w/her to complete a return/re-scan. I showed her that I was buying boots in brown & asked if they had that size in black in the back or in stock elsewhere since it wasn’t showing on the website. She said she found them & ordered them. I saw in my email that she ordered brown. I had planned to just be done w/Boscov’s at that point. The only reason I called customer service was to cancel the order so I wouldn’t receive boots I already have. I did end up ordering them in black w/a couple additional items in my cart b/c I can’t find that boot anywhere else online. I would have otherwise purchased them elsewhere. When I told customer service of all of this, I only asked for a gift card for the 10% coupon they didn’t scan which would have totaled $17.36. I was on hold for quite a while only to be connected to a voicemail instead of the customer service rep-with no explanation. I called back they said it’s b/c it can only be handled in store b/c the purchase was in store! What is the point of customer service!? A lot of people would sue over an employee putting their hands on them! I only asked for the 10% off I didn’t get! I also should be further compensated for my additional time trying to resolve her mess ordering the wrong color, the stress she put me through, & poor system limiting customer service to being unable to help me outside of the actual physical store! I should be given a significantly higher amount than the $17.36 I was asking for as either a gift card or partial refund w/o needing to return any items! I already gave some as gifts & tags off of several items! All & all it’s unacceptable! I WANT to be able to shop here b/c of selection & convenience & pricing but if this isn’t made right I don’t foresee that happening & would be more likely to tell my friends & family about my negative experience.
