My mom wanted a set of old fashioned thermal underwear. We looked for them at the store, at several stores actually, before I tried to find them online. Boscov's seemed to have them, and they were on sale for a really good price. I ordered them from Boscov's online. Then proceeded to wait and wait some more. When the package finally arrived to my mother, she opened it up and gave me a thorough tongue-lashing telling me she had no idea why I purchased what I did. It was not what she asked for and definitely not in her size. I was confused until I saw the products that were delivered to her. The packing slip detailed everything that I had actually ordered, but none of those items were in the bag. I then had to drive down to my mom and pick up the items and bring them personally to a store. I thought I had been given a number or something when I ordered to call in case anything went wrong. But I guess I was mistaken because I couldn't find anything. So I went to the store in person, to find that they wanted to offer me a refund, which was fine but I still didn't have the long johns that I had ordered. And the store did not have them. I did pick up one item and they gave gave it to me for the price that I had paid originally. That was great. However they didn't fit my mom, and they were the only ones that were in stock. All in all I doubt that I would ever order anything online from Boscov's ever again. It took a long time to finally receive the package and then it was so disappointing to find that nothing that I had ordered had been delivered. And ultimately I had to go to the store anyway.
