I have been trying to get thru the payment option for an online order since late last nite. I have already sent a previous message via email as well. it came back with the same useless phone number that only leads to managing Boscovs credit cards!!!
I have called the phone # this AM, it leads nowhere I keep getting transferred to bill payment menu.
cannot access chat . my order is still in the BAG, but the payment process will not go thru. I just get a constant spinning circle. extremely frustrating, I like Boscvs & have been a loyal customer for years but this happening, with NO help avaialble, and on Cyber Monday now, how do you expect to run a business this way? I do not have hours to devote to gettting in my order. Mo respect for custmer here! DISGUSTED AND ON TOP OF THAT, WHEN THE CHAT PERSON COULDNT HELP, THEY TOLD ME I COULD CONNECT WITH A TECHNICIAN, EXCEPT, THEN I WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT!!!!
BEYOND DISGUSTING. AND AN INSULT. THE HELL WITH THE CUSTOMER HAVING A PROBLEM TRYING TO USE YOUR WEBSITE. I AM DONE WITH THIS, AND ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT BOSCOVS HAS RESORTED TO. aND THIS FORM IS ALSO LOCKED AND WONT ALLLOW ME TO SEND. I WILL COPY AND TRY ANOTHER FORM, MORE GARBAGE TO GET THRU TO RELAY MY DISGUST WITH BOSOVS ON LINE USELESS SERVICES.
