Your website sucks. When I use the filters and get a list of 200-plus items, and I want to click on one to get the details, the details do not give any length measurements for the item I am looking at. In addition, once click off the item, the screen resets itself and I have to scroll down again and find where I left off. This is incredibly frustrating when you are looking at hundreds of items. A bit of advice: Take a look at the JCP website and learn. FURTHERMORE, after placing the items in my Boscov's bag for a sale that is only on Dec. 1st, I had to make FIVE attempts to make my purchase on your website to process my payment. I was beginning to wonder if you would rather not have my business. First, my credit union required a verification code to be placed on the screen in order to confirm my order using their credit card. After waiting for them to send me a verification code via email, the Boscov's page timed out. This is not your fault, but it added to a lot of frustration. So I tried using my Boscov's credit card to make the purchase, and your website gave me an error message and would not let me use it. So I called your customer service help line and listened to a robot ask me over and over again why I was calling. It gave me three choices to choose from and none of them was the reason I was calling. After repeating "error message" over and over again when asked for a response, after four attempts, I was finally sent over to what I thought was an agent, but it turned out to be another robot who told me my account had a zero balance and the bank had closed it. If that is true, then why wasn't I notified prior to the account being closed? If I knew ahead of time that the account was going to be closed, I would have used my card to keep it open. Again, I am wondering if Boscov's really wants my business or not! By the grace of God Almighty, I was able to finally make this purchase after over an hour on the computer via my personal credit card. Whew!
