I made a purchase online. It was the online experience that was frustrating. After placing items on my card and then attempting to create an account in order to complete my purchase, the items in my cart disappeared. When attempting to add the items back onto my card after logging in, an error would occur. The second time around I was logged in. When attempting to pay for the purchase by logging into my newly created account, the items again disappeared from my cart. I had to place the items back into my cart a third time. For whatever reason it was on my last attempt to complete the purchase that the order went through and there were no errors. The shipping and delivery process were excellent. The only frustrating part of this purchase was the online experience. We were very happy about the items we purchased, however. I'm hoping that the next time I make a purchase online with Boscov's this error won't occur. I'd definitely caution friends about the online experience, and if shopping at the Binghamton location to check ads for sales since signs are sometimes not correct or are not out on the rack in the store.
