Post-Delivery FeedbackJul 13, 2026
I wanted to buy a pair of pants for work, but they were not available in my size. Clerks, Carol or Alberto, told me they could check their inventory and if available, have them shipped to my home at no additional charge. I thought, fantastic! I’ll try it. And just as it was explained to me the pants arrived and were just what I was looking for so, when I was in the store and had a 15% off coupon, I added a second pair to my in-store purchases using the same out of stock shipping method. I was thrilled because not only was I able to get a second pair of pants that I liked, but I actually paid less for them than the first pair. So this got the ball rolling now for my third pair and a slightly smaller size, I went straight to the website and ordered them, but I didn’t stop there. I saw other affordable lightweight pants that I could use this summer for work or for leisure so I added those to my order taking a chance on the variety of colors, knowing that I could easily return any that I didn’t like. For some reason, the delivery was split up into two shipments, but I didn’t mind. The first one arrived exactly when promised, but the second shipment, that was over the July 4th holiday weekend, seem to have gotten delayed. I called customer service just to confirm that it had not been misdelivered or stolen off of my front steps. They were very nice and gave me an expected delivery date. The items ended up coming several days later, but the shipment arrived just as ordered. Now I still need to decide if I will keep all of them or return one or two. Based on this experience, and every experience I’ve had with Boscov, I would, without hesitation, recommend shopping there both in store and online. “I hate shopping, but I love Boscov’s.”
