Not a fan of Boscov’s online experience

Ordering online was ok but the follow up was horrible. The items were I. Stock so that was not the problem. The problem was their shipping. I received notification from USPS that Boscov’s created a shipping label but it all say that way until I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get answers. Mostly wait time. Finally oh my it was shipped several days ago, but it wasn’t. Later that day I received a text from my USPS app that they had received the package just about an hour after my call. The associate tried to pass it off as the problem being the USPS but it was Boscovs shipping department. The associate assured me I would receive it by the 20th. But I could track it on the USPS app and knew it would arrive on the 22nd. I will never ever order from Boscov’s again but I would shop in store if and when I travel. An order placed on 12-11 took ELEVEN days to receive and I fear if I had not insisted on speaking to several associates I would still be waiting for it to arrive!
