I've had a boscov credit card for years due to the fact the last couple of years.I've had three deaths in my immediate family.I have not used any credit card.The card was closed due to inactivity. When I tried to get it reactivated, they told me no due to bank closing the card. The bank did not close the card due to nonpayment.It closed the card due to non use. I used to buy everything thousands of dollars from your store, but due to the fact that you will not reactivate my card.This may be the last time.Unfortunately I go to this store. One of the things on my bucket list to visit the east coast.Just to see the boscov store, because I was always treated.So warmly, when I ordered things online, I got my first boscoff's credit yard over twenty years ago.And now you cancel it and won't reactivate it. Very disappointing.I hope you change your mind and activate my account
