Check out was very difficult. I had a coupon, it applied, and it disappeared when I was checking out. Several times. A note flashed up VERY quickly, and I redid the order several times to catch it and I could not. So I thought maybe it's because I was getting free shipping and couldn't use a shipping discount and a coupon. So I tried to pick up in store. 2 of my three items could not be picked up in my store. So I tried to get rid of the free 9.95 shipping because my coupon was 11.25, which was better. I called and it said I could use the chat feature at www.Boscov's.com, so I hung up and tried to find it. I could not. I called again to find that you were closed. I used a contact form to email you. Finally I got the idea to use my cell phone to video the check out so I could capture the note that popped up, then I played it back and paused it so I could read the notice. It said the coupon code was only good with a Boscov's charge. I found another coupon code and eventually placed my order, but I spent way more time making this purchase than I had to. I shop online often, so I am not a novice, but your check out process was not easy, mostly because you didn't leave up the reason why my code wasn't working. It flashed up and disappeared which was ridiculous. I shouldn't have to video my check out so I can read your information. I have a pair of the pants I was ordered and do like them very much, which is why I was ordering 3 more (ultimately added another to my cart to make 4), but if I didn't like the pants so much and was just shopping online, I'd have totally given up on my purchase.
