I always check Boscov's for products I'm in need of, (I'm in a store desert area). I proceeded with great confidence in placing my items into the purchase cart. Apparently ignoring the pick up or delivery boxes. I proceeded to complete check out and within in 4 hours I received an email notification of an item cancelled and the rest of the order would be available for pick up. I sat back, thought to myself , that there is no possible way I could do a pick up, as it was 7 hour trip. I realized I made a mistake. Contacted Customer Service, She immediately saw my errors. She corrected my order with ease, speed and professionalism. All while I'm just chatting away about ice storms and temperatures. I did ask her to show me where I made my mistakes. She showed walked through with me what boxes I needed to check. The whole experience has been one of the best I've had with on line ordering. The products arrived very close to expected date, missed by one day, due to the current weather conditions and home site sits on a mountain ridge. The products were exactly what I expected. Thanks for a positive experience. I do hope my Customer Service assistant was able to make the cruise.
