My son needed a saute pan at college, I specifically ordered it from Boscov’s because I had a gift card. The gift card did not work. Your website did not work to check the balance and the 800 number did not work. However, I still ordered the sauté pan because it was a great deal and my son really likes the pan. I came to the store to have customer service. Check the gift card and their system did not work.. so I finally just went to a register and purchased a dog bed which was a very good deal and then the gift card worked. You folks have got some real technical glitches going on. It’s like I’m still buying things back in the 1990s when I shop at Boscov‘s, but you have very good prices in an economy when things are priced outlandishly and you’re still offering many quality products. So I’ll still recommend your store to people! If Mr. Boscov isn’t worried about technology because he’s more worried about giving people a good deal, then it’s OK we can just suck it up. : -
