Ordering, receiving, quality of the product and customer service were all extraordinary. The return process was VERY glitchy as I was told to return it to the store for credit but the clerk in the women's department couldn't figure out how to return it without a packing slip that had all the info on it that she needed. This was because it was not shipped from another Boscov's store but instead from a Distribution Center (which included the original order). After about 15 mins. of honest trying and calling others for help, I was sent to Customer Service where 3 different people worked on the problem. It was finally resolved by someone with enough authority to overwrite the system and issue the refund. The problem was caused, as I understand it, from the fact that Boscov's had shipped the item so quickly to me that the system hadn't even caught up with it by the time I was already returning it and had ordered a smaller size. I actually had the order in hand before the computer system had been updated with the order! At all times, all the staff at Boscov's was extremely respectful and kind, apologetic, and did everything that they could to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
