Ok - here goes. Navigating the website starts out easy. Once items are placed into the cart and attempting to continue shopping, the "saved" parameters are gone, forcing you to narrow your search all over again. My example was attempting to search & purchase men's dress shirts. Despite several attempts over several days, each search attempt resulted in the same difficulty, including losing a spin on the wheel that would have been an extra 15% off, that forced me to "accept" 10% off instead... but then the website wouldn't deduct the additional 10% off so I ended up canceling the order several times. I thought I'd try the website after purchasing related items in the store on multiple occasions. Additionally, when I went to check on the cart and ensure that I hadn't placed duplicate shirts in the cart, it would indicate "0" items in the cart, then reload and show the correct number of items in the cart. It does it every time. The above stated things are what makes the website annoying and resulted in me canceling orders - what's the purpose in ordering online to potentially save a trip to the store, when the website won't cooperate by providing any easy search and purchase experience, let alone not apply the discount?? There's no savings and only leaves the customer disappointed and potentially forcing them to be redirected to a competitor's site. Just being honest here.
